1. The gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and can be purchased for 15€.
2. You can use the gift card using the unique code given on it, which can only be used once.
3. Gift cards can only be used to pay for products in the Joha Eesti e-store environment, the transport service does not extend to the gift card. Enter the unique code “Do you have a coupon?” into the box.
4. If your purchase amount is less than the amount of the gift card, the money cannot be returned – the card should be used to the fullest extent possible.
5. If the cost of the desired goods exceeds the value of the gift card, you can pay the missing part with other payment methods accepted by Martomi OÜ by selecting the appropriate payment method at the time of making the purchase.
6. The gift card is not exchangeable or exchangeable for money.
7. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of the Gift Card within 14 days from the day Joha Eesti forwarded the Gift Card to the e-mail address.
8. When withdrawing from the gift card purchase, Martomi OÜ reimburses the value of the gift card.
9. The purchase of a Gift Card cannot be withdrawn if the Gift Card has been used.
   Expired, lost or stolen Gift Card and its value and/or balance will not be reimbursed by Martomi OÜ.

NB! If you want a gift card sent to your e-mail, please indicate the corresponding request in the “Remarks” box when placing the order and choose the delivery method – I will pick it up myself, otherwise we will send it to the parcel machine specified in the gift card order.
